Some days getting out of bed feels impossible — does it get easier?
I've been dealing with depression for a while now, and lately even small things — showering, replying to texts, eating a real meal — feel like huge tasks. I know logically that things people say ("it'll pass," "just get moving") are probably true, but in the moment none of it helps. I'm not in crisis, just exhausted and feeling pretty alone in it. If you've been through something similar, I'd really like to hear what actually helped you get through the harder stretches — or even just know I'm not the only one who feels this way some days.
