Using CupTalks

CupTalks is a peer-support community for forums, resources, private messages, and consultation chatrooms. By using CupTalks, members agree to use the service in a supportive, respectful, and lawful way.

CupTalks is not emergency care, medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, medication advice, or a replacement for a licensed professional relationship.

Member responsibilities

  • Use respectful language and avoid harassment, threats, exploitation, or manipulation.
  • Do not post unsafe instructions, clinical claims, or promises of specific outcomes.
  • Do not request passwords, money, medical records, or highly sensitive private information.
  • Report content or behavior that may be abusive, unsafe, or outside community boundaries.

Content and moderation

  • Members are responsible for the content they post or send.
  • Admins and moderators may edit visibility, deactivate, or remove content that appears unsafe or inappropriate.
  • Accounts may be limited or removed if they misuse the community or harm member safety.
  • Public posts, replies, polls, reports, and feedback may be reviewed for safety and quality.
