A managed project, from brief to handover

  1. Define the question. Tell us the audience, purpose, and decisions the project should support.
  2. Agree the scope. Set the deliverables, collection or import method, reporting threshold, price, and timeline before work begins.
  3. Build and review. CupTalks staff configure the tool, branching, scoring, and reporting permissions.
  4. Use the results. Access permitted aggregate reports, CSV downloads, and supporting files in a read-only business workspace.
