Polls, surveys, quizzes and assessments

For workshops, learning projects, community feedback, and structured assessments. You bring the purpose, audience, and content; our team configures the tool and reporting.

  • Question setup, conditional questions and sections, and logic checks.
  • Agreed scoring dimensions, reverse scoring, and feedback bands where appropriate.
  • Permitted aggregate reports, group comparisons, CSV downloads, and supporting files.
  • A staff-created, read-only business workspace for your assigned projects.

Indicative project prices

Simple survey or quiz: US$400–US$900. Typically one tool, one aggregate report, and agreed exports.

Configured assessment: US$1,200–US$3,000. Typically agreed scoring and feedback bands, branching where needed, and a comparison report.

Final scope, revisions, collection period, reporting thresholds, and price are confirmed in a written quote. Respondent recruitment and scientific validation are outside these packages.

Website search visibility

For small businesses that want customers to find and understand their website. Start with a free initial consultation, then choose whether to commission a paid review and any implementation work.

Free initial consultation

A short call to discuss your goals, briefly check whether your website fits our service, and recommend a suitable scope. This conversation does not include an audit, written findings, or implementation work.

Paid website review

We agree the review scope and price in writing before work starts. The detailed review examines page titles and descriptions, indexability, canonical URLs, sitemaps, internal links, mobile usability, and the clarity of your service content. You receive prioritised findings and recommended next steps.

Agreed implementation

Where your platform allows, we can improve metadata, structured data, navigation links, authorship information, and content that answers customer questions. Implementation is quoted separately from the review and starts only after its scope and price are agreed in writing.

SEO and AI search readiness

We help search systems interpret your public pages through accessible content, clear information, and appropriate technical signals. Rankings, traffic, leads, and inclusion in AI answers are not guaranteed.

Pricing

The initial consultation is free. The detailed website review is a paid service, with its scope and price agreed in writing upfront. Implementation is quoted separately. Ongoing work and measurement are included only when agreed. Hosting, paid software, and third-party fees are identified separately if required.

How we work together

  1. Tell us your goal. Share the audience, intended outcome, preferred timeline, and budget. For website work, include your site URL and platform if known.
  2. Agree a written scope. Confirm deliverables, responsibilities, revisions, timing, access, and price.
  3. Build and review. We carry out the agreed setup or changes, with your review at the relevant stages.
  4. Handover. Receive the agreed outputs and guidance, with access duration and retention arrangements confirmed upfront.

Questions before you start

How do payments work?

Payment is handled manually outside CupTalks by invoice or transfer, under the terms of your quote. There is no checkout or payment facility in the client dashboard.

What happens to project data?

We agree consent and collection responsibilities, handover formats, access duration, retention, and deletion arrangements, including backup retention, before work starts.

Do assessments provide a diagnosis?

We configure the agreed instrument and scoring. This service does not establish scientific validity or provide a clinical diagnosis. You must have permission to use any third-party assessment content you supply.

Can we begin with a pilot?

Yes. Ask about a small, clearly scoped first project. We will discuss suitable deliverables and an introductory quote.
