Anyone following the latest anxiety research? Curious what's actually new

❓ Questions 🔬 Research and emerging ideas

I've been dealing with anxiety for a while and I'm curious what recent research says beyond the usual CBT/SSRI advice we all hear. Are there new findings on things like gut-brain connection, exercise protocols, sleep's role in anxiety, or newer therapy approaches? Not looking for medical advice, just want to understand what scientists are currently learning about anxiety and what's showing promise. If anyone's read good studies, articles, or has knowledge from their own field (psych, medicine, research), would love to hear what's caught your attention lately.
