Loneliness isn't always about being alone

Coping Strategies Mindfulness & Routines

I've been thinking about this lately: you can be surrounded by people all day and still come home feeling quietly alone. That has been my experience, anyway. And I've learned that loneliness isn't always fixed by company — sometimes what helps is one small moment of being seen, even by myself.

So today I'm wondering: when has loneliness visited you recently, and what did you do with it? No big answers needed. Sometimes naming it out loud, even here, makes it a little less heavy.

For me, it's been reaching for one familiar song in the evening. Small, but it helps. What about you?
