Fun quiz — thanks for posting it! My top pick would be "Listen calmly and ask what support they want." I've learned the hard way that jumping in with advice usually comes from my own discomfort, not from what the person actually needs. And "Just calm down" would be dead last for me; I think most of us have been on the receiving end of that one. I'd put offering a quieter space near the top too — sometimes just knowing someone will stay close is the whole comfort.
