Checking in after setting a boundary before I am exhausted

I have been paying closer attention to setting a boundary before I am exhausted this week. I am trying to notice what helps without turning recovery into another test I have to pass. Rest can be part of responding to overload, not a reward that has to be earned. If you relate, what is one thing you wish others knew about the experience?

I appreciate the honesty here. It is encouraging to see people leave room for different needs, different timelines, and imperfect progress.

That is a helpful question. I call a step manageable when I can begin it without needing to feel completely ready first.

Thank you for naming setting a boundary before I am exhausted. The details may differ for each person, but your post made me feel less alone in it.
